Only after healing progresses beyond the symptomatic to embrace the whole person does real recovery begin. Our experiences and successes in in the use of psychedelic plant medicines help residents move beyond underlying problems to true recovery.

A collaborative approach to client care is the most effective treatment. It’s an important first step to recognize when a loved one, patient, client, employee, or student could benefit from starting treatment or exploring options for their care.

At Plant Medicine Mexico the person you refer will be treated as an individual, with recovery and solutions based on their spiritual and mental health and needs. You’re a huge part of that process, and we will work closely with you to find the best road map for recovery. for your refferal.

Medication Resistant Depression

How many patients do we see with depression that is medication resistant and we have to switch anti-depressants every three months? Its like shooting darts. Recent studies in peer review journals have shown that on dose of psiliosybin relieves depression for 3 months at a time. Some patients would have a complete remission.

Recent studies show that one dose of psilocybin every 2 months produces better outcomes then SSRI depressants.

Improving Outcomes, Together

With a person you refer's consent, we will make every effort to help you put your referral in the proper retreat setting or treatment modality that fits their needs to best. We will rmake sure your client is refered back to you and give you timely updates on their progress as well as their discharge with integration sessions set up prior to them leaving whatever provider they were referred to. Mexico Plant Medicine will help facilitate this with a provider. We only work with providers that are willing to work with referents, whether it's a private practice therapist or a group that refers veterans for alternative treatments. Referring providers  are provided a report and ongoing consultation, as appropriate. At Plant Medicine Mexico, we intend to keep you informed about our process and the client’s progress as well as aftercare integration sessions.
