At Plant Medicine Mexico, our mission is to uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and cultural respect in the facilitation and offering of plant-medicine experiences throughout Mexico.

 

After a careful review of the many plant-medicine providers  and providers listed on "retreat" directory sites currently operating in Mexico, we found that a significant number fall short when it comes to safety, cost transparency, ethics, and therapeutic outcomes—and some may even pose risks to vulnerable individuals.

The Plant Medicine Mexico team is dedicated to vetting, reviewing, and certifying every provider and retreat center listed on our platform. Each must meet rigorous criteria for training, integrity, safety practices, and respect for traditional lineages before being approved.

Our purpose is to help seekers feel confident that their experience—or referral—is with trusted, skilled, and compassionate guides who honor the ancestral traditions and communities from which these medicines originate.

Ultimately, we aim to build bridges between traditional wisdom and modern understanding, protecting participants’ safety while preserving the integrity of the sacred lineages and practices that make these transformative experiences possible.
